Sharon Stotts- Founder

Sharon and Bill Stotts

In 1971 Sharon was working for the city of Columbus in the Treasures Office and it gave her migraines so she decided she could do more. So she took a mail-order Nation Tax Association class via the mail. That blossomed into her first partnership with Marry Heitz and they practiced together until 1995 at the corner of Gladstone and McKinley Indiana.  Her husband Bill had cancer and owning and operating a business allowed her the freedom to spend time with her daughter Stephanie and husband Bill. She attempted to close the office in 1997 after losing her late husband of 28 years causing great depression and grief. Then many of her clients refused to go anywhere else many of them asking for her to "just do theirs" keeping those 220 loyal clients. In 2010 she started handing over the business to Stephanie and her husband A.J.  Sharon was able to keep those 220 clients even while battling her own cancer in 2012.

Hello, I've been preparing taxes for more than twenty-plus years because I'm passionate about helping people manage their money and create businesses to achieve their dreams and personal goals. 

My mom created this business to achieve her dreams. Watching her build this business to over 1,500 clients showed me that we can do whatever we set our minds to do. After she passed away in 2012 she left the company to my husband and I with 220 clients. Over the past 13 years, we have expanded to 600 families and businesses. Now my dream is to relieve others of the stress, time, and insecurities that come with building the business of your dreams and managing your household because I find peace of mind in the numbers.

Availability: Jan 1st- April 18th Monday- Friday 10a-7p Weekends by appointment

Hello, after graduating and obtaining my Pilot's license I flew skydivers and passengers on many different jets for 10 years. I worked for the Federal Government for many years leading to early retirement. Now, I run this tax business with my wife to ensure people are treated fairly and keep the money they worked so hard to earn.
